  • 8 C (2 L) salad greens
  • 2 cooked beets, sliced
  • 2 pears
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 C (750 ml) cooked sliced chicken breast
  • 1 recipe prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) crumbled goat cheese

Preparation


 
  • Fill serving bowl with greens and top with beets, pears, onion and chicken.
  • Drizzle with Vinaigrette and gently toss. Top with goat cheese and serve.
