Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 16 oz (450 g) pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
  • 1 can (28 oz/796ml) diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Toasted Onion
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Greek Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Black Pepper (Grinder)
  • 1 bag (14 oz/400 g) frozen, uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation


 
  • Cook past according to package directions.
  • Combine diced tomatoes, Toasted Onion, Minced Garlic and Greek Dressing in Fry Pan. Season with Pepper.
  • Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Add shrimp and sauce to cooked pasta, stirring to coat. Gently stir in Feta cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
