Ingredients


Makes: 4 - 6 servings
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Curry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ginger (ground)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings

Preparation


 
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Add wings, tossing to coat. Wings can be cooked immediately or marinated in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Arrange prepared wings on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings and cook for another 15 minutes. Broil wings for 3 minutes on each side, or until crisp and brown.

Tip


 

Tip: 2 lbs chicken wings equals approximately 25 - 30 wings. If you buy whole wings, remove tips and freeze until the next time you need to make prepared Epicure Chicken Broth. Split wings at the joint to make 2 pieces.Serve with your choice of our wonderful Epicure Dips.
