Ingredients


Makes: 1 servings
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) mixed berries
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) 2% milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) mixed greens
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any sweet dip mix, your choice
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract, optional
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Chia Jam Mix, chia seeds or oat bran

Preparation


 
  • In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tip: Low-fat cottage cheese adds lean protein, which keeps you feeling full longer.
