Makes: 4–6 servings
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) Big Batch Bali Chicken, cooked, sliced or cubed
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) grated low-fat cheese
  • 1 green pepper, diced – optional
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 recipe prepared Sriracha Aioli

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Lay 2 tortillas on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll.
  • Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading to within ½” (1 cm) of edge.
  • Top each with another tortilla. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Cut into wedges, and serve with prepared Sriracha Aioli.
